We want you to feel completely cozy with your purchase; if you are not satisfied with your Lola Blanket, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. Our hassle-free process ensures that finding your perfect comfort level is as stress-free as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Blanket

  Place the blanket in its original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
